Heliport Location
Penzance Heliport is conveniently situated to the East of Penzance alongside the main A30 road, and is less than a mile from the Railway and Bus Station. These days Cornwall is no longer the long haul it used to be. The introduction of new roads has made the journey quicker and easier, making a Cornish or Isles of scilly holiday much more accessible with less time spent travelling.
Penzance is approx 40 minutes drive from Newquay Airport. Both Ryanair and Air Southwest run flights from Gatwick to Newquay. The flight takes approximately 50 -55 minutes.
A shuttle bus service leaves Penzance Railway Station for the heliport 45 miutes prior to each scheduled departure. Incoming flights are met to transport passengers to the Railway Station and other destinations. ( the cost is not Included in the air fare, the fare is £2.00 each - way).
